· Bachelor degree holders of a Security or Management College
· Graduate and scholarship students of an ordinary College |

| Application Process |
· Permission from a head-professor or an advisor is needed and must be submitted with the graduate school application . |
| Unit Completion & Grade |
· The maximum course units allowed in other universities is 3 units per term, 6 units in total. However, under the dean of faculty's permission, exchange of grade and range of units can be increased when necessary |
| # of Applicants |
· There's no limit on the number of students, except when a professor deems necessary. |
| Unit Acception and Grade evaluation |
· credit taken from other universities are transferable but not calculated into grades.
· grades are applied in accordance with an evaluation based on university policies. |
| School Regulations |
· Students must adhere to school regulations. Violations may result in academic disqualification. |
| Use of Library |
· Students may buy library admission tickets as requested. Based on library regulations, exchange of grades are permitted to read or borrow books. |
| Use of Facilities |
· Students who request exchange of grade can use school facilities. |
