Receive / send official invitation / request via Embassy or DA office
Review the request and participant’s CV
Inform the result via DA office
Issue valid visa(if necessary)
Contact via Whatsapp or other messenger
Departure
- Entry visa to Republic of Korea The acquisition of visas, if necessary, is participant's responsibility. Participants in need of visas are requested to obtain them in their respective home countries before commencing travel. ROK PKO center only sends official invitation to respective countries' Embassies to expedite visa issuance process.
- Covid-19 Requirements Keep up to date on any Covid-19 entering and leaving Korea requirements on the Republic of Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency website: https://www.kdca.go.kr/
- Travel Arrangement Participants are responsible for the booking of their own flights and all travel itinerary.
- Health Insurance and Medical Aid The provision of health and travel insurance, including medical coverage of Covid-19 testing fees, is an individual responsibility. Participants are highly encouraged to obtain international medical insurance coverage while attending the courses.
